As simply stated in The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada's, Canadian Handbook of Practice for Architects; "The Client is King". 701 Architecture's mission and primary aim is to provide the best personal professional services to the client to make this statement a reality.
701 Architecture Inc. is a small practice which was started in 2007 and is managed by Kevin Loewen. The client is able to interact directly with the principal in every aspect of the project's details. A support team is also in place to handle large scale projects that might require further support to make sure the project is on time and on budget without sacrificing the personal quality attention required for our clients. Through a holistic approach and in a detailed manner, program project requirements, building code parameters, environmental concerns, occupancy satisfaction and design aesthetics are examined and explored to provide the best solution for the client's project. 701 Architecture's aim is to grow sustainably while maintaining our close relationship with our existing clients and in hopes of becoming a partner of future client's projects.
